I had never used the 'italian coffee maker' before. Google made quick work of the answer for how to use it (as it always does). After watching someone who knows how to use it properly though, I discovered I was putting far too little coffee grinds in, and basically just making little cups of coffee instead of espresso (as I know it). With this 'foolish' error remedied, I get to enjoy the full thick & jolting experience of real coffee.
