Penultimate day in Abdab - and Friday being their equivalent to the Western World's Saturday meant that a bubbly brunch was called for. It was a scrumptious spread and a pleasant few hours spent with the gang and others that Fin invited along. Great to catch up with other friends (and even a blipper) from previous postings and to put faces to names of others. Max is one gorgeous little fella - son to my doubles partner and ex manager Neil and his wife Lisa, who I also used to work with.

The day melded into evening at the beer garden (not doing badly for a dry state, eh?!) and then it was back to Chez Findlay for a very noisy and entertaining party, complete with Singstar until the very early hours.
