Baking with Wallis

Well not baking with Wallis really. Just doing the shopping and washing up afterwards. But what a great result - and it tasted pretty good too.

Today went really quickly and I had more energy left than usual for a Monday evening. Could spring be on its way - or is it because I'm doing a short week and have Thursday and Friday off?
