Stick or Twist

Moved out of my flat last night. My tenant moves in mid March and I was running out of weekends to move out as my snowboarding holiday is fast approaching.

The big question is do I buy a house now or in a few months time? Should I wait for the market to drop even further or should I strike now? Should I get a mortgage whilst I have a job or wait and see if my job is safe?

So it's stick or twist. Bet or fold. Do or die. Hit or hope. Push or pull. Give or take. Run or, erm........ walk. Dive or, well..... don't dive. Chase or, errr...... oh you get my drift!
