Exams for Becoming a Restaurant Expert

Today a local educational institute conducted exams for cooks and restaurant experts (common language: waiter - which is not quite it). While many ladies like this woman performed well in carving veal, blanching, and serving, many of the cooks were not as lucky. All of them did their first re-examination and some of them did fail.
