Jungle?

When I walked down a very familiar street this morning I discovered two coconuts lying under a bush. Don't ask how many times I walked by them without noticing. From the look of them, especially the right one, they've been there for quite a while. There's already some moss on them. I think they've been useed as a feeding or nesting place for birds- there's a distinctive incision to be seen- and then just fell off the tree and were forgotten.

I find it intriguing how much these two objects change the perception. This is not a tropical forest, it's a front garden in Bremen, (Northern) Germany, in midwinter.
