Up in the woods

Dad (Duncan Brown) took Benny and I for a walk in Daviot Woods. It was nice to see the ground rather than snow and ice (although there is still a little bit of ice in places). Perhaps spring is springing up in Inverness? There are certainly lots of snowdrops about - very pretty.

I was honoured to be shown dad's viewing spot (his 'helicopter') of the A9 and Daviot church. Then it was back home for many cups of tea.

In the evening, I went to Eden Court with Fred and his dad to listen to adventurer Alastair Humphries talk about his four-year cycle adventure around the world. It was very interesting and funny in parts. However, I won't be following in his tyre treads any time soon!
