Blue skies!

Today's picture is a celebration of the possibility of spring arriving sometime soon! We had a lovely clear blue sky for more than half the day and temperature got up to a balmy 8 degrees. You really do appreciate these little things in life when it has been such a long dark winter. This picture was taken at the bottom of my garden and along the river bank a couple of 100 metres to get to the bit were the seagulls like to stand in the flowing water and the heron likes to do a spot of fishing. But of course they were not there because I was!
