A Little Bit of Scotch Mist

You've guessed it another grey day up here!

I have managed to acquire, yet again, one of my allergic reactions which affects my eyes and my skin in a very attractive manner. Phoned the doc first thing (pre taking the workshop) to find the first possible appointment was Friday morning. This is very unusual for our village practice as they normally see you the same or next day at the latest. After much persuasion, the pharmicist in the surgery agreed to give me the same script as the last time. Thank goodness - it needs nipping in the bud!

So I am currently taking it easy and resting my poor glazed eyes in a anti-histimaine induced torpor and hoping it subsides enough to venture into work tomorrow

In other news young master Jake was awarded Player of the Day at his after school football club today. Apparently he scored over 70 goals (rolls eyes- ouch) I have to question if the opponents had a full grasp of the basics of the game

And Peopletwitcher's leg-gate scandal came to an end today with the removal of the cast. Some of us are still reeling in horror at the uncensored images of her newly freed limb on facebook. I am tasked with booking her in for a piranha pedicure in the near future to help restore her tootsies to their former glory!
