The Chevy

Our own car is now in the garage for a few days, undergoing the expensive surgery required for it to pass its annual MoT Test.

I'm therefore relying on a hire car - a Chevrolet Aveo (no, I hadn't heard of it either until I arrived at the car hire company's desk at Aberdeen Airport to pick it up).

So far, not bad - I usually enjoy 'test driving' something new, plus it keeps me in practice driving a car with manual transmission.

Some of you may recognise the 'lonesome pine' in the background, which I have blipped previously on at least a couple of occasions, including just before and just after the first of this winter's snowfalls.
