A Lie-In

This is the now derelict 'General Lying-In Hospital' on York Road, near Waterloo. It is not to be confused with the 'Sitting-Up Hospital', or the 'Have A Bit Of A Walk Hospital' round the corner. These are quite separate institutions. Yes. This was a hospital from 1828 but has been derelict since 1971.

On a completely unrelated note, what a bizarre appearance by Gaddafi! First he appears on what can only be described as a milkfloat, wearing a hat with furry ear-flaps. Then he gives this bizarre speech, with crowds simulated in the newsclip, but all you had to do was look at the reflection in his glasses to see that there was no-one else around. All very very desperate.
