small details

My friend Frieda said today she could never get enough of looking at all the details in snowdrops. I commented to her I understood, it was probably like how I felt about never tiring of looking at all the details in the shells washed up on the beach we walk on frequently. You would think I would get tired of them, seeing them all the time, but I don't. They fascinate me with their similarities and differences, their colors and shapes and their naturalness.
