The Future

While all of the terrible events and tragedies unfold in Christchurch and the Middle East, my life goes on.

My little family is very happy tonight because my son got early acceptance into a university! A door has opened for him into his unknown future.

Nature Notes

This has been a big week for my little pigeon couple. They built their nest over the weekend and the female spent a good part of her day sitting on her little pile of twigs while the male kept guard on the ledge.
