Broch Investigation

We went to find Torwood Broch (near Stirling, Scotland). Having done so Behr proceeded with a full investigation of the site.

The broch is an iron-age dwelling. It's been well preserved for a Lowland Scotland broch. It dates back to around 500BC. Its a round stone chamber with a narrow entrance. Probably abandoned when the Romans arrived.
