Almost Daylight

Today is the first day I have got home in daylight for ages. I normally leave home in semi-darkness...so this was a welcome view...and really, for me, signals the arrival of summer.

Now have no excuse for not running after work...was going to try a new exercise class tonight...would have to leave soon...hoping for giant traffic jam on the mile between here and the gym.

Weighted hula hoop workout just sounds rubbish.
