Inadequate supplies

Another day at the office (the one that doesn't take so long to get home from) - which included a very welcome sighting of Old Bat.

On the way home it suddenly dawned on me that we have a visitor arriving tomorrow, who is, amongst his many other attributes, one of our favourite vegans. I did a swift recce of the local deli and bought a couple of things; the proprietor seemed a little perturbed that I put on my reading specs to read the small print. These are fine, but I'll have to nip out in the morning and get more supplies. Certainly more olives. Dear me, I've got out of the hospitality habit. Thank goodness we've at least got some of this delicious vegan substance left to offer him.
