Escalation...

Well, unsurprisingly work was no fun but my hill-rep effort at the gym was very good. I went shopping briefly to look for a dress to wear to the Place2B 'Hollywood' charity ball at the Counting House on Saturday (tickets available on EventBrite!) but was distracted by the shiny elevator. I think I need some lessons with my camera, or else Im doomed to take all my pictures using the 'miniature' feature, as I like the effect with no artistic input from me!

My sister is back from freezing Estonia tomorrow. I have sucessfully fish-sat now for nearly a week so Im fairly proud of myself. Even managed to supply fresh flowers, bread, milk and bacon for her to get home to. All you need, really. No vases to be found, however, so I hope she doesn't object to flowers in her tea pot. When I was letting myself into the building I was confronted by a dog walker, with a very barky dog. I got such a fright I leapt backwards into the street and promptly burst into tears. I do wish to apologise to poor miss dog-walker.

Thats all from me now, my flatmate is chewing gum extremely loudly and I can't concentrate.
