Indian Ocean

We were on holiday in Mauritius. One of the trips we took was to the [Isl Cerf] - a secluded little island which is quite close to the reef surrounding Mauritius. In this photo the huge waves from the Indian Ocean are pounding the reef. It looks a bit precarious for the fellow tourists who ventured further out onto the rocks than we did but it was really quite safe.

we enjoyed the fast motorboat trip to get to the small island which has a charming building for wedding ceremonies. The tour operators also put on a very nice champagne lunch. It was a great spot for photographs.
