The neighbours' cat

This is the neighbours' cat. My owner thinks it's quite nice, but as far as I'm concerned cats only have one purpose in life .......................... and that's so that dogs like me have something to chase! This cat has a really annoying habit of sitting in the window and staring at me when I go past. It knows I can't get it and it doesn't even attempt to run away when I stare back at it. However, I know that if I ever saw it outside I could easily chase it away. I'm really good at chasing cats!
