Aïsha lost the ability to feed herself tonight. Luckily, granny was here to rescue her. Granny was making a really lovely face on this photo, however, she would be MORTIFIED if she knew a whole load of strangers were looking at her, so I've cropped her out. We've got the whole shot for us though, as a nice memory :-) Granny's getting iller and iller, no one knows how much longer she'll really last. We're making hay while the sun shines, so to speak. It's a bit sad really.
The grandparents brought jammy doughnuts along for dessert. I'm not quite sure how I found space for two and a half AFTER eating a proper meal but hey, I'm heroic like that.
Looking forward to a day at home on my own tomorrow. I've got no car so can't go to work and have brought a load of stuff home with me to finish off. So, I plan to do some quality pottering through my various to do lists and get the house cleaned up too, as I missed doing that last week. I've got two extra children on Saturday and I don't think I'll manage my Saturday hoovering with five kids under my feet and if I don't do it soon, I'll have to use a mucking out fork rather than a hoover..... ;-)
