End of a long run

Went for a 10km run at lunch time today, didnt have a route in the head, I call these runs forrest gump runs.

Got lost trying to find the canal, long story, found it then ran till I couldnt run no more. This is the Falkirk wheel the end of the union canal towpath.

Turned and ran back to work.

Ended up running 14km and being late going back to work.

More miles In the legs though.
