Serenity

There are very few days or moments in this hectic whirlwind of life where you feel quietly contented and lucky to be alive. But today I really reflected on how much good stuff there is in going on despite all the turmoil rearing its head the world right now. Because it's unusal it felt really refreshing. It's good to have these moments, especially when we never know what tomorrow will bring!
