Chocolate Crunch Torte

When I went to Heathcotes Longridge Restaurant (see blip 11th Feb) I bought a recipe book and this weekend is the first time i'll be trying out one of the recipes. In keeping with my blip name I thought it only right to choose something involving chocolate.
