A good blow

went out for what I like to refer to as a "good blow" this afternoon. stopped off at a kitch wee tea house, where a hot chocolate and scone were consumed heartily... and actually had a jolly good time without the yearning for alcohol...(off the booze for january and really enjoying the clarity of it all)

its amazing how a walk can put everything into perspective, help you think clearly, am now feeling much more focused about the year ahead and what i have to achieve......
