Molluscan Bivouac.

A tiny snail clings to the side of Calton Hill; the same colour as the rock, this fellow looks like an ammonite come to life - a living fossil that has crawled out of the blankets of strata.

Apparently snails, like humans, enjoy a quick power nap:
