The Graham-Bells....again!

I took this shot mostly with my old buddy Sugar Magnolia in mind.....it has your name written all over it Chris....you should be out here, taking part in tomorrow's Knit-a-Thon, at the Baddeck Library! This is apparently the 3rd year Kate (the most wonderful librarian!) has organized this event....she seems to be feeling a bit under enthusiastic....apparently only 10-12 folks showed up last year!!! The money and items knitted go to a good cause, Kids!!! Part of the funds raised go to help with the childrens section of the library....and the items knitted go to Social Services and are given to families in need! A worthy cause indeed....i'm not much of a knitter or else i'd head down there tomorrow....poor excuse i know.....oh now i'm feeling all guilty....but i have work to do in the studio....i have blip to deal with....i have......nothing really that pressing! so, maybe, just maybe....i'll pop in and add a few rows to a knitting item!!

It's been a rather overcast, dismal day here again....altho i shouldn't complain, it was sunny yesterday, what do i expect....this is the East Coast after all....anyhoo, snowing, foggy and now it's raining!!! all we need is for the temp to drop dramatically and we'll have a lovely skating rink of a foot path etc, tomorrow! But really, given all that is going on over in NZ, i have absolutely nothing to complain about! I'm totally blown away by the measure of spirit coming out thro all the blips from those amaziing folks down under....like most of us on here, i'm speechless but full of hope and love for all that they are going thro!
