Hello Kitty

Wednesday I found a stuffed toy sitting on a retaining wall waiting for his friend. It was gone by Thursday afternoon. Today I found this little abandoned Hello Kitty. I am guessing it could remain unclaimed a bit longer. I was going to bring it home, but I thought maybe, just maybe it will find a young friend.

It is the end of the week and I left work feeling a bit like this Kitty, tattered, bruised and a bit past my prime. Fortunately I, like Kitty, can probably recover with a good bath; mine will include a glass of wine and a good book.

Here comes the weekend, if all goes well I am going to try and head up the gorge and catch a frozen waterfall or two.
