Finally...

I waited for snow all winter, finally I got some today. It was very short lived, there was only a little, but it was so pretty. I went to the gym very early before work and it was a winter wonderland, all the trees, streets, lawns, and driveways had a beautiful white coat on them. It was so peaceful. When I looked out the front window of our house into the street it brought me back to the home I grew up in, the street lights right across the street where you could see how hard it was snowing. I got that feeling, just a little bit of excitement, like today will be something special...and it was, until my meetings started at 9am.
