Eggy Soldiers

An 'eggy soldier' is a British term that refers to a piece of toast cut into thin strips reminiscent of the formation of soldiers on parade. For many they are essential to boiled egg breakfasts, and for me they take the humble egg (free range, of course) into the realm of YumsvilleTennessee.
