Attention seeker

Whisky knows just how to disrupt a work session.

It was warm enough to work outside today. I took my laptop to the garden table, plonked the cat cushion on the table beside me and settled the guinea pig trio into their run. Whisky jumped up onto the cushion and curled up, until it was time for some attention. Then the tail would drum softly on my keyboard and I had to stop what I was doing. I am officially ruled by the cat.

In the evening, Si came round with some work for me to tackle next week. Seeing as it was a Friday night, he stayed for dinner and a few beers. It was lots of fun to catch up.
