Having some time to myself this weekend, which is good, I was supposed to be working this weekend, but alas it was not meant to be. So just enjoying getting used to my own company again. Lots of time to reflect and think which is important at the moment, in the next few weeks things are going to get pretty hectic, with packing up my belongings and then, well every thing i have read about India, the pace of life the poverty, the amazing places it just seems like chaos with everybody doing what they need to do to survive. its going to be a culture shock to say the least. Think the best approach will be to flow like water, the more i think about it its probably the best approach to life. Its one i certainly used to believe in, and am rediscovering. The ups and downs of life are sent to try us, there is no point being transfixed on certain events, things you've lost, or even not had. I think i fell in to the consumer trap, being a slave to the wage, always wanting bigger better. shinnier things, I thought they made me happy but they don't, I lost myself is the thing I'm realising. In some ways became a bit arrogant because i thought i had it all, time to work out what is really important and what matters.
