I am moist

I am Nikon, I am now a wet Nikon....

We both felt the need for a blow the cobwebs away kinda day so we jumped in the car and headed over to Llandudno. It was freezing cold with beautiful blue skies, but unfortunately the effects of just under 100 miles each way and a cold wind really did flare up j9s back. After half an hour of strolling she was in agony so we headed back home.

She is slowly getting better but after finishing one course of spinal rehabilitation they have now put her on a 12 month programme so we know its going to take some time.

Tramadol, pot of tea and a huge bar of galaxy bubbles seems to be working its magic though :)
