The Great Boat Launch . . . . !

I was going to call it three men and a boat, but decided Herself might take umbrage! This is actually the recovering of the boat, rather than the launch, but it followed the same pattern!

The ex-owner of the boat was on hand to give instruction to the new owner, P, on it's various foibles and the correct procedure and techniques required for its safe handling in and out of the water.

At one point this required three men and three women, and also two four wheel drive cars - though not at the same time! Luckily there is only one road through the village, so they were able to waylay one of the car drivers and get him involved! There were three dogs in attendance, but they weren't a lot of use!

I do like the way everyone gets involved when anything happens in this village!
