Beyond Therapy

Today I went out for a bike ride in the sunshine. I went out towards Musselburgh and a little harbour, then went on to Longniddry bents and back to Edinburgh. In a vicious head wind. With a very sore bottom. And wet feet.

I saw this boat along the way and wondered if the universe was sending me a message.
