Edinburgh from Above
Walked up the Radical Road around Salisbury Crags today, with about 4 tons of camera equipment with me. After months on feeling like crap fitness has suffered somewhat. I used to skip up here, hardly breaking sweat, today I was buggered by the time I reached the top. Fitness has to be top of the agenda now I think I've turned a corner health wise.
Anyway, the walk up is always worth it. The views over Edinburgh are astounding from up here and today with a bit of sun on the city it was even better. Well worth it. In stark contrast to yesterday when dirty filters ruined nearly every shot, today I was utterly spoilt for choice. Started off with the Sigma 70-200mm f2.8, then moved wide to the Sigma 10-20mm and finally had a play about with the lensbaby so a real mixed bag of shots. Went with this one from the Sigma 70-200 in the end, classic view, done as an HDR.
