Alcohol Free Zone
One day 'til autumn and the mushrooms are springing up.
I gather these are common, but I've only recently discovered them.
Blackheath in oz has a cool climate, similar, I guess, to large parts of the UK, so most of you would probably be familiar with them.
A quick google tells me that many consider them to be the most delicious mushroom; that they must be eaten as soon as picked; that they rot very quickly; and that they are variously called shaggy ink cap, shaggy mane, inky top and lawyers' wigs (Coprinus Comatus).
I also read that they react with alcohol, and that one shouldn't partake for 4 days!!
Or is somebody having a lend of me?
