RIP

those of you who enjoyed watching our little friend enjoying the rain yesterday will join me in today mourning his untimely death.

as i write this the clever little ants have carted his body under the door.

how amazing are ants though?! as soon as there is a dead insect, cat vomit or my left-over food they have come from miles around (in ant terms) to come and devour. literally within minutes. how do they know? fascinating!
