Pouring rain...

in the courtyard of the Parliament buildings in den Haag. We went to meet a friend from Canada now living here. She gave us a very abbreviated tour in the pouring rain and then we went for lunch and a visit to to the Mauritshuis where they have some great Rembrandt's and Vermeer's.
