Taking the pith!

Hooray! Spring appeared today to lift our moods, A busy day with rugby although slightly disapointing. Of the two teams that we were supposed to play only one was there and it was slightly disappointing for the kids to travel away on the Sunday of the Scottish international and end up playing one game and then having to play themselves, but Hey Ho, they won their game and the weather was lovely.
Back home in time for the International and although Scotland played with strength and heart in the second half against Ireland, they lost (not that the game was Referee'd by anyone with competance ...it was Nigel Owen!!!)
Oh moaning now stopped.... made Venetian rice pudding for dessert tonight and ignored the calories! The orange I took the peel off of had some great shadows on it so it's not a rugby blip for a Sunday as usual. :)
