"Hawkeye"

Another beautiful clear sunny day.. Headed into the hills hopeing to see the Red Kites in a little Glen I know they frequent... I spotted three circling high up but past experience has taught me that they like to swoop down to near ground level and then climb again, also they are extremely nosey about something new so I positioned myself by an old fence post with my head down and waited only a few moments, I used the fence post like a monopod to steady my lens, I had to up my sensitivity rateing, which I don`t like to do, but it`s the only way to get the shutter speed fast enough... If you look carefully you can see Red and Blue wing tags, this will identify this bird to the appropriate people.
