Books

This is a mystery. As I was returning home from church, I passed this line of books. There was nothing around to indicate whose books they were, why they were there, their purpose, whether or not they were to be taken, read, photographed ... The only thing I could think of was that it is World Book Day on Thursday, maybe this was to encourage reading or some sort of book sharing? Interestingly, most of the titles seemed to be on either war in general or Russia in particular ...

Warfare in Ancient Egypt
The Battle for Leningrad
The Whisperers

The two at the end were about Stalin and Betjeman.

Any ideas?!
