Why me??
Certainly these ads are not for my children, and I doubt my wife is entertaining a sex change.
But:
I keep getting these ads. I'm starting to get a complex.
I used to think myself quite the Don Juan but now I feel rather castrated and emasculated.
Do these people know me? Do they have cameras in my bedroom?
Can they read my thoughts?

I trust you don't get these ads too........
