Such a Perfect Day

Well here we go, here's my first Blipfoto!...

Met up with my brother, his fiancée and a group of people I've only very recently got to know through Twitter, at Slimbridge WWT.

Really didn't know what to expect. The only way I knew these people was through a few tweets we may have exchanged. It's quite strange meeting up with people when the only contact has been through typed messages which have to be 140 characters or less!!

The outcome? What a fantastic, lovely, down to earth bunch of people!! And all in the fantastic setting that is Slimbridge WWT. Today was my second visit. I also signed up as a member. I've got a feeling I'll be visiting a lot more regularly from now!

Today was one of those days that I'll remember for a long time!
