Going paleo
Today's Adventure ... tossing in some old school monkey bar time on my jog today...
I have been reading a lot about paleo workouts lately. It involves excersising in ways that hit all muscles of the body by engaging in a series of movements that take you back to the roots of human movement...pull ups, climbing, running barefoot etc. I am a nerd for that kinda stuff so I figured I would incorparate some of it into my daily routines...the only drawback ...people think I'm a crazy person at playgrounds...
