Best Salad Ever

Ok...so this isn't as cool as it should be...but this was seriously the best salad we ever ate. I am going to try and recreate it...but I don't think it's possible to match the goodness that fills your mouth once you bite into this salad. Falafel, mixed greens, green apple, pomegranate seeds, some sort of amazing Belgium cheese, creamy/tahini like dressing, lentils, and yogurt sauce...make up this dream in your mouth.

We drove back from Amsterdam and stopped for a second time in Brussels just to eat this plate of deliciousness. Oh geez...just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
