When the taste of Singapore beckons
I have been missing Singaporean food alot lately. In fact, my diet has consisted mainly of Grilled Pork Shoulder Steak, Grilled Broccoli+Carrots+Red Pepper and.. yeah.. baked potatoes. Its easy and I just pop it in the oven and its done!
Lately, I have wanted to get back to cooking decent food. Today I went to the local T&T ( Asian Supermart) and got myself some ingredients. I really liked Mee Pok in Singapore so I guess I tried coming up with something similar. Here is my creation: Noodles with a shrimp paste base with some fish cakes, greens, ground pork and BBQ Pork (Char Siew)!
