Looking to Above

Mate I was enjoying uni today!...well I was until the big 6.3 earthquake came'a knocking at Christchurch at 12.51pm. I was with my sis when it happened; caught us at the right time too considering we were just about to go to the 11th floor of the uni library. I was glad that we still situated at the 1st floor of the psyc building.

So after all the commotion of that afternoon I found myself at home with my mum and two siblings with me with dinner in our laps and actually realizing that all of our experiences were no way at all the same as people who were in the CDB at the time...they are saying that there are 300+ people missing..that worries me considering the small size of Christchurch and the huge probability that I'll know some of those people..

Tommy wasn't home when we got there which worried me heaps too, but he showed up at about 10:30 to my great pleasure. But my gosh he was freaking out!!!

I'm just glad my family and home is safe
