Lemony yummy cake

It's my birthday tomorrow, being that I make cakes for a living I decided not to make one for myself this year......

but.....

I had some time on my hands this morning, so.... out came the kenwood chef and I whipped up my very own lemon heart with edible gold glitter. Least I know my cakes gonna be a good one ;-)

cant wait for tomorrow now :-)
