Lovely day.
We are in Dumfries and Galloway where we met up with our very good friends Sheila and Will who we met through Blipfoto.
They took us to  Threave Castle Nature Reserve. This is owned by the National Trust of Scotland and is a wonderful place on the banks of the River Dee. The weather could not have been better.
In theextra a very poor photograph shows, just for the record, an Osprey on the edge of its nest.
You were also supposed to get a portrait of Sheila and Will but my deteriorating eyesight led me to messing that one up.
