The Sentinel
Cool and rainy today so an interior shot. We stopped in for lunch at Jake's restaurant at the Sentinel Hotel, which used to be called the Governor Hotel until just recently. We used to stay here quite a bit when we were considering our move up to Portland. I've always liked the mural in the lobby/dining area showing scenes of the Lewis & Clark Expedition in the Pacific Northwest, it covers over 45 feet of wall space, Sacagawea has a panel all to herself where she looks out over the ocean and ignores people taking her photograph.
